In the Loan Fee Payment Portal you can:

• Pay for appraisals or other loan fees
• Pay from a checking or savings account at any financial institution (requires your account number and 9-digit bank routing number)
  
• Charge your payment to a debit or credit card

For "Type of Fee" enter "Appraisal" or "Other" and enter the Name of your Loan Officer where requested.

Please Note: This is not for late fees or regular loan payments. If you have any questions, please contact us or your Loan Officer.

 

Payments submitted after 3:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed the next bank business day.
