Newmanstown Water Authority 

BILLING:

• The water billing is completed on a quarterly cycle;
• The 1^st Quarter, January through March, is mailed on April 1^st;
• the 2^nd Quarter, April through June, is mailed on July 1^st;
• the 3^rd Quarter, July through September is mailed on October 1^st;
• and the 4^th Quarter, October through December, is mailed on January 1^st.
• Payment is due on the due date marked on the bill, which is the end of the month the bill was received.
• Additional fees are added after the due date.
• A late fee of 10% of the bill is added if paid between the 1^st and 15^th of the month after the due date.
• Bills not paid by the 15^th of the month after the due date, will be forwarded to our collection agency and a late fee of 30% of the bill is added, plus additional late fees added by the collection agency.
