Welcome to the IUPAT District Council 7 payment portal.

As the District Council 7 Bylaws state, from the administrative dues paid by each member, the District Council shall transmit or credit to the appropriate Local Union an amount equal to the dues payable to the member’s local union.  If a member does not work enough hours in said month to pay his or her Local Union dues in full, the member is responsible for paying the difference.  Members who owe dues can now pay online by submitting payments with the Smartpay system.
