To make an online payment for your community water/sewer bill please create an account and sign in. You may make a payment through your checking and/or savings account or use a credit/debit card. The amount shown is the total amount due at this time. If you are in shut-off status and do not know the minimum amount you need to pay, please contact the office at 616-877-0115 and someone will assist you. Payments made after 9pm or on a weekend may take 1-3 days to post to the account.

If you're making an online payment for a shut off amount, on or after due date, or have already had your water shut off,
you must call 616-877-4196 to report the payment.
